Nexthermal is seeking a driven and creative Industrial Product Marketing Associate to support their growing marketing team. This role involves assisting in lead generation, managing website updates, creating multimedia content, coordinating trade shows, and collaborating with the Sales Team and Distributors.
Responsibilities:
- Execute B2B lead-generation campaigns across email, paid media, and organic channels
- Support development of landing pages, lead forms, CTAs, and nurturing workflows
- Maintain and optimize CRM and marketing automation tasks as needed
- Assist with on-page SEO (metadata, keyword usage, internal linking, page structure)
- Update and improve website content, product pages, and resource sections
- Support conversion optimization and UX improvements on the website
- Capture and edit product photos, short videos, and marketing visuals
- Assist with scripting, storyboarding, and producing video content
- Support the creation of graphics, data sheets, and other marketing collaterals
- Help build and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting and optimization
- Stay up to date on best practices in PPC, targeting, and ad creative
- Draft, build, and schedule email campaigns
- Support segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Assist with newsletters, promotional emails, and customer announcements
- Assist with planning and coordination of trade shows and industry events
- Support booth preparation, promotional materials, and pre/post-show communications
- Communicate with distributors to understand their marketing needs and provide appropriate materials
- Assist distributors with branding, product information, and campaign support
- Learn and demonstrate a basic understanding of our product lines to help guide marketing content and support customer-facing initiatives
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
- Gather competitive insights and support market research efforts
- Support day-to-day marketing tasks and cross-functional projects as needed
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience
- Technical background
- Strong attention to detail
- Competency in digital and content marketing

- Basic experience with photo/video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Davinci Resolve, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort speaking with distributors and customers
