Solomon Page is a specialty niche provider of staffing and executive search solutions, and they are seeking a Project Management Director to lead integrated brand activation efforts during a maternity leave coverage period. This role will oversee multiple workstreams and ensure seamless execution of high-visibility integrated campaigns while collaborating closely with senior brand and creative leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage integrated campaign (video production, social media, digital workstream) simultaneously, ensuring alignment across strategy, creative, and execution
- Serve as the primary project management lead for a large-scale integrated campaign
- Partner closely with the integrated brand lead to coordinate activation across: Social, Strategy, UEG (User Experience Group), DXI (Data & Insights) and Creative teams
- Drive project planning, timelines, dependencies, and delivery across multiple disciplines
- Ensure clear communication, accountability, and momentum across all stakeholders
- Manage fast-paced scopes while maintaining quality, accuracy, and strategic intent
- Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to keep workstreams on track
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in integrated project management or program leadership
- Proven experience operating at a Project Director or Senior level Project Manager capacity
- Strong background managing cross-functional, multi-channel campaigns
- Experience supporting brand activations across social, creative, strategy, data/insights, and creator ecosystems
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment
- Experience managing temporary or interim leadership coverage is a plus
