Zenpire is building the modern commerce stack for eCommerce brands, and they are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive measurable revenue impact across their portfolio of Shopify apps. This role involves managing paid acquisition, optimizing app store listings, overseeing website performance, and implementing SEO strategies to enhance growth and conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Shopify Ads and other relevant paid channels
- Manage budgets with capital efficiency in mind, optimizing toward CAC, LTV, revenue, and payback period
- Build and test new campaign structures, creative angles, and offer positioning
- Partner with lifecycle and product teams to ensure paid traffic converts into high-value users
- Own and optimize Shopify App Store listings across the portfolio
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to improve visibility and ranking
- Optimize titles, descriptions, metadata, screenshots, demo videos, and app cards
- Run copy and creative testing to improve click-through rate and install conversion rate
- Align App Store positioning with overall website and brand messaging
- Own website performance across the portfolio, including site architecture, messaging hierarchy, and conversion pathways
- Ensure each web property supports acquisition, activation, and revenue goals
- Define and maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging across all web assets
- Optimize navigation, information architecture, and user flows to improve clarity and conversion
- Continuously evaluate performance metrics and implement improvements tied to measurable outcomes
- Manage SEO strategy across multiple websites in partnership with an external SEO agency
- Ensure keyword research, content production, and technical SEO align with product positioning and growth strategy
- Oversee on-page optimization, internal linking, and content structure
- Validate that blog and landing page content supports both ranking goals and conversion goals
- Track SEO performance, rankings, traffic quality, and revenue contribution
- Own the CRO roadmap across high-impact pages and funnels
- Identify friction points and prioritize experiments with clear business impact
- Coordinate with design, development, and analytics teams to implement tests
- Improve conversion rate across landing pages, pricing pages, onboarding, and upgrade flows
- Define and run the A/B testing roadmap across web and in-app funnels
- Partner with lifecycle, product, design, dev, and data teams to ship experiments consistently
- Establish clear hypotheses, success metrics, and post-test analysis frameworks
- Translate winning experiments into scalable growth initiatives
- Drive growth-oriented product initiatives focused on activation and monetization
- Improve onboarding flows, in-app conversion surfaces, and upgrade pathways
- Partner with product and retention teams to increase activation rates and paid conversion
- Monitor behavioral data and identify opportunities to remove friction
- Own affiliate strategy, performance, and partner enablement
- Optimize partner acquisition, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Improve attribution, commission structure, and partner incentives
Requirements:
- 5+ years in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition roles
- Deep experience with Shopify ecosystem and/or SaaS growth
- Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, paid media, and experimentation frameworks
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
- Data-driven decision maker comfortable owning revenue outcomes
- Hands-on operator who can move from strategy to execution quickly
