ViClarity is a global leader in compliance and technology solutions for credit unions and other regulated industries. They are seeking a full-time Business Development Representative to help drive new business growth by providing direct sales support and generating opportunities through outbound initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Global Sales & Marketing teams to expand target verticals (i.e., financial services, credit unions, insurance, long-term care, etc.)
- Build and refine contact lists to deliver high-quality leads for outbound sales efforts
- Use research tools (internet, email, social media, databases, voicemail, etc.) to identify potential clients
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach—high-volume calls, emails, and video messages—to generate qualified opportunities for the Sales team
- Meet defined targets for qualified client leads
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity and prospect details in Salesforce
- Use additional CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track lead interactions and campaign performance
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on business development activity
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in financial services
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Ability to clearly articulate and present our value proposition to diverse prospects
- Confident and comfortable with cold calling
- Strong technical proficiency with software, web/CRM tools, and MS Office
- Skilled in delivering software demos and leading sales discussions via phone and Zoom
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Interested in growing a career in Software Sales (SaaS)
