Storable is a company redefining property management for specialty real estate. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support the sales team by generating qualified leads, engaging prospects, and facilitating the sales process through various outreach activities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to identify and generate leads for the sales team
- Assess the viability and potential of leads through effective questioning and qualification techniques to determine their fit for Newbook's products and services
- Schedule qualified appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring that prospects have a clear understanding of the value proposition
- Research and analyse target markets, industries, and verticals to identify new business opportunities and support sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities in Salesforce
- Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights and feedback from prospect interactions to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales collateral, drafting proposals, and managing follow-up activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively communicate Newbook's value proposition to prospects
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including the number of qualified leads generated, appointments set, and conversion rates
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume outbound calling environment
