Dash0 is a company focused on building an AI-centric observability platform. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own the technical infrastructure of their marketing engine, architect the lead lifecycle, and ensure high-fidelity data for their marketing and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage lead scoring models based on buyer intent signals
- Design the automated lifecycle stages—from MQL to SQL—with clear handoff triggers and SLAs
- Own the HubSpot technical setup, including custom objects, advanced workflows, and permissions
- Build the validation rules that keep our CRM data trustworthy
- Build and optimize automated enrichment pipelines (firmographic and technographic data)
- Ensure our data models support advanced segmentation and routing
- Implement and maintain tracking that connects marketing activity to pipeline
- Own the lead capture infrastructure, including forms, conversion tracking, and progressive profiling
- Work with APIs and webhooks to integrate tools across the stack
- Handle JSON data structures and data mapping to ensure everything syncs perfectly
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company, with a strong focus on systems
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot and understand how to build scalable processes within the platform
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- Ability to read API docs, build integrations, and troubleshoot data flow issues independently
- Think in terms of data schemas and field mappings
- Track record of managing deduplication, standardization, and GDPR compliance
- Understand the nuances of lead routing and the 'lead-to-close' engine, and know how to build for scale
- Experience with advanced enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Clearbit, 6sense, or ZoomInfo)
- Formal training in HubSpot RevOps or Marketing Software
- Experience in a fast-paced, 'zero-to-one' startup environment
- Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools
