Dash0 is a company focused on defining the future of observability with an AI-centric platform. They are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead the development of marketing campaigns and content strategies that resonate with technical audiences globally.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Architecture: Deconstruct complex technical content (OpenTelemetry, monitoring patterns) into high-impact campaign blocks, including emails, social sequences, and landing pages tailored for technical personas
- AI-Enabled Workflows: Lead the integration of AI tools (LLMs, research assistants) into our content lifecycle to drive efficiency while maintaining a high bar for technical accuracy
- Global Market Adaptation: Own the strategy for international growth, ensuring campaigns are technically and culturally adapted for global markets
- ABM & Personalization: Design data-driven, personalized campaign tracks for high-value accounts
- Multimedia & YouTube Strategy: Support the creation of a video strategy that uses narrative storytelling—tutorials and thought leadership—to drive top-of-funnel awareness
- DevRel Partnership: Collaborate with our DevRel team to identify trending technical topics and support the end-to-end execution of high-value webinars
- Visual Identity & PR: Work with design teams to ensure a premium visual identity across all campaigns and provide "startup-style" support for PR and brand-building initiatives
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content and campaigns
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and lead generation through technical content strategies
- Exceptional native-level English writing skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a major plus
