MCO (MyComplianceOffice) is a global leader in compliance solutions for Financial Services firms. The Field Marketing Manager will develop and execute regional marketing programs to drive pipeline, revenue, and brand awareness across North America, with a focus on B2B SaaS compliance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with PMM to develop and execute the North America field marketing plan aligned to sales priorities, and global marketing strategy
- Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (events, webinars, email, digital, ABM) that generate qualified pipeline for priority accounts and target market segments
- Localize and adapt global programs and content to fit North American buyer needs, industry nuances, and regulatory/compliance messaging.Partner closely with Sales, CDRs, and Account Management to design account plays, including SLAs and follow-up motions
- Work closely with corporate events on planning and execution of regional events: trade shows, user groups, partner events, roundtables, and flagship webinars, including logistics, promotions, staffing, and on-site support
- Build and manage targeted ABM programs for strategic accounts, using intent, firmographic, and behavioral data to drive penetration and expansion
- Execute and optimize email, landing pages, and nurture programs in HubSpot, including segmentation, scoring alignment, workflows, and progressive profiling
- Collaborate with digital team on paid media, retargeting, and sponsored content that support regional goals and campaigns
- Coordinate with Product Marketing and Content to localize messaging, proof points, and assets for use in campaigns, events, and sales plays
- Track, analyze, and report on program performance and funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline and revenue influence, CPL, conversion rates), making data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget with clear ROI
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional partners, and associations to maximize visibility and lead generation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on field, regional, or ABM marketing in SaaS technology
- Proven track record planning and executing integrated campaigns and events that drive measurable pipeline and revenue in North America
- Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot for email, landing pages, forms, workflows, scoring, and reporting
- Experience with complementary martech and sales tech such as Salesforce, webinar/event platforms, intent tools (e.g., 6sense), and paid media platforms
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; ability to interpret funnel and campaign performance data and translate insights into action
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills; comfortable influencing cross-functional teams and working with senior sales leaders
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, operate in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail
- Willingness to travel within North America for events, sales meetings, and customer programs (approximately 20%)
- Experience in financial services or regulatory technology markets
- Background with ABM strategy and tools, including building target account lists and running coordinated sales-marketing plays
- Familiarity with North American regulatory and industry associations relevant to compliance audiences (e.g., financial services, asset management, banking)
