Featherless AI is building a reliable open-model inference platform for AI deployment. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to manage outreach and build relationships within the AI ecosystem, contributing to their go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises, research labs, and AI startups
- Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n)
- Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users
- Coordinate partner calls & discovery meetings with the CRO and founders
- Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting
- Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships
- Propose creative GTM experiments and new partnership opportunities
- Prospect and qualify outbound opportunities
- Handle inbound interest and schedule discovery calls
- Own customer relationships and drive deals forward
- Close startup deals
- Use AI extensively to automate and enhance daily activities
- Maintain CRM hygiene
- Manage partner relationships with creators, labs, and dev communities
- Collaborate with DevRel on co-marketing and ecosystem initiatives
