ProductWind is a fast-growing startup focused on retail influencer marketing platforms. They are seeking a Growth Marketer responsible for scaling user acquisition through various channels and optimizing campaigns to drive quality users into their app.
Responsibilities:
- Channel strategy & execution — Test and scale paid and organic acquisition channels: paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), influencer partnerships, content marketing, SEO/ASO, referral programs, community growth, email outreach, and more
- Creative & messaging — Develop compelling ad creative, landing pages, and messaging that resonates with influencers and creators — you understand what motivates them
- Campaign management — Run, monitor, and optimize campaigns across channels with a focus on CAC efficiency and volume
- Referral & viral loops — Design and launch referral programs and other viral mechanisms to turn existing users into an acquisition channel
- App Store Optimization — Optimize our App Store presence to maximize organic discovery and conversion
- Analytics & reporting — Track channel performance, build attribution models, and report on key acquisition metrics (CAC, install-to-signup rate, channel mix, etc.)
- Cross-functional collaboration — Work with product and engineering to ensure smooth handoffs from acquisition to activation, and flag funnel issues that need product fixes
Requirements:
- Have 3+ years running user acquisition for a consumer mobile app, ideally in a marketplace, creator economy, or social platform
- Have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and/or other relevant platforms
- Can show concrete results — you've scaled channels and can talk through the numbers, what worked, and what didn't
- Are highly analytical — you live in dashboards, understand attribution, and make decisions based on data
- Are a strong copywriter and creative thinker — you can write ad copy, brief designers, and have good instincts for what grabs attention
- Understand the influencer/creator ecosystem — you know what motivates creators and how they discover new tools
- Are scrappy and self-directed — you don't wait for a playbook, you write it
- Are comfortable moving fast, testing constantly, and killing things that don't work
