Wiz is a leading startup reinventing cloud security and empowering businesses. They are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive the scaling of two flagship products, focusing on strategic ownership, execution, and collaboration to generate pipeline and revenue impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own and Scale North America's integrated paid media strategy across all major platforms, including Paid Search (Google, Microsoft, YouTube) and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X, Quora), with a focus on pipeline generation and maximizing ROAS
- Manage and optimize substantial budgets, demonstrating a track record of scaling monthly ad spend while maintaining capital efficiency
- Develop persona-specific strategies to effectively target and engage two distinct buyers: Application Security/Engineering for Wiz Code and Security Operations for Wiz Defend
- Architect, manage, and optimize campaigns from initial launch through continuous, scaled growth across all channels and platforms
- Develop strategic audience segments for Paid Social, leveraging platform-specific tools and first-party data to precisely target high-value B2B prospects
- Build and maintain an aggressive experimentation roadmap to continuously test targeting, creative angles, ad copy, and messaging alignment for both product lines
- Implement AI-driven workflows to improve ad copy performance, automate budget allocation, prioritize high-quality leads, and personalize landing page experiences at scale
- Analyze and present complex performance data to leadership, translating findings into actionable strategies and influencing future marketing investment decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing (PMM), Brand, Creative, Campaigns, ABM, CRO, and SEO teams to ensure message consistency, drive keyword alignment, and synchronize campaign timing across the funnel
- Stay ahead of the evolving ad landscape, proactively adapting strategy to address major trends, including new AI-driven ad formats and platform privacy changes
Requirements:
- Proven, hands-on expertise in successfully scaling high-growth B2B campaigns across both Paid Search (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X, Quora), Paid Email, and Third-Party Events
- Experience in the cybersecurity or B2B SaaS space with a deep understanding of security buyer personas, the market, and technical products
- Highly comfortable analyzing large, complex data sets, building dashboards, and translating raw performance metrics into strategic narratives
- Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI tools for creative generation, performance optimization, and workflow automation
- Track record of driving tangible business outcomes rather than vanity metrics
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex strategies clearly and persuasively, coupled with a self-starter attitude built to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
