C1 is the foremost, single-source provider of advanced communications and data technology for business. The Sr Manager, Integrated Marketing leads strategic planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives across campaigns and channels to drive revenue impact.
Responsibilities:
- Leads strategic planning and prioritization of integrated marketing initiatives across campaigns, programs, channels, industries, and partners
- Ensures integrated marketing execution is aligned to GTM motions, sales plays, and revenue objectives
- Partners with Solution Offers, Sales Enablement, and Capabilities to ensure marketing plans are supported by the right messaging, tools, insights, and performance frameworks
- Incorporates field and sales feedback loops into continuous GTM optimization
- Develops and executes marketing campaigns that align to strategic partner priorities and MDF-supported initiatives
- Maintains integrated marketing program calendar and budget
- Collaborates with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign execution support and follow up support over all campaign strategy
- Leads strategic oversight and governance of agency relationships supporting marketing execution, including but not limited to scope definition, prioritization, performance management, budget, and ROI
- Partners with Marketing Operations, Finance, and Procurement to operationalize agency contracts, SOWs, and budget tracking
- Establishes repeatable marketing planning frameworks, playbooks, and operating models that scale across teams and initiatives
- Builds, programs, customizes, and maintains company web pages and HubSpot templates; create branded design elements and reusable modules; ensures brand standards, SEO best practices, A/B testing, performance optimization, and troubleshooting across the site
- Develops strategies to grow website traffic and opt-ins; conducts content audits and archiving; manages the resource center and file structure
- Oversees the technical aspects of the website, including ensuring proper functionality and troubleshooting issues; Manage updates to website content
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with progressive responsibility in integrated marketing, demand generation, or go-to-market strategy
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, audiences, and GTM motions, with measurable revenue impact
- Expertise in strategy, development, execution, and monitoring complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience overseeing website strategy, optimization, SEO best practices, and content lifecycle management in a B2B environment
- Strong cross-functional experience, communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms and tools including: Hubspot, 6sense, Asana, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ads, Cvent, Highspot
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets, program calendars, MDF-funded initiatives, and agency relationships, including performance and ROI tracking
- Strong analytical skills with ability to present analysis in an impactful and concise manner
- Detail-oriented and organized multi-tasker who can execute on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
