As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with the Events and Marketing teams to ensure every event reflects our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and logistics of corporate and promotional events

• Support event planning timelines, vendor communication, and venue coordination

• Prepare event materials, presentations, and branded assets

• Help manage event setup, execution, and breakdown

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to event activities

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery

• Provide on-site support to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
