LegalZoom is on a mission to help people navigate the legal system with confidence and clarity. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will help drive LegalZoom’s growth by shaping product vision and consumer perception across our business product portfolio, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, launch, and grow services and customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of positioning, packaging and pricing for your business portfolio of products
- Recommend commercialization and campaign opportunities to meet or exceed business goals
- Assist in developing go-to-market strategies to support product launches and drive conversions and revenue
- Own the end-to-end business customer journey, delivering a delightful experience that ensures a long-term relationship with LegalZoom
- Understand the competitive landscape – be an expert on our competition and how they position themselves with commercialization, claims, messaging, and product journeys
- Monitor business health, trends, and changing consumer needs to develop actions plans for your business segments
- Influence product strategy, testing, research and content roadmaps to optimize our position
- Support market research projects for your portfolio to better understand the market and gather intelligence to help inform pricing, product features and benefits, and messaging
- Create and optimize claims and messaging that will resonate with prospective customers
- Develop and maintain sales collateral to support sales teams
- Work with Marketing, Product Management, UX/Creative, Sales, Customer Care, PR, Engineering, Legal, & Business Development to ensure a great customer experience
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Product Marketing
- Experience driving campaigns, communications, go-to-market initiatives, and revenue
- Ability to apply consumer insights, research and testing to drive world-class marketing strategy
- Experience developing pricing and promotion strategies
- Experience with A/B testing, aligning on KPI's, tracking and interpreting results, and recommending go-forward next steps
- Experience influencing product strategy, design and development timelines and processes
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), comfortable presenting to partners
- Strong experience writing creative briefs
- Success working with product, creative, sales, legal, finance, operations, customer service and quality assurance teams
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or higher degree preferred
- Remote Employees should confirm that the internet service available has adequate bandwidth to support all work processes
- Candidates in Los Angeles are preferred
