Intermedia Intelligent Communications delivers AI-powered cloud communications and customer experience solutions for SMB and mid-market organizations. The Sr. Industry Marketing Manager will support go-to-market execution, content development, and revenue acceleration programs across the intelligent communications portfolio, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate product capabilities into market-ready materials.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales and reseller partner-facing materials including presentations, guides, one-pagers, pitch decks, email templates, and talk tracks
- Translate product capabilities into clear use cases and value propositions tailored to different buyer personas and industry verticals
- Support product and feature launches with required GTM materials, internal communications, training content, and webinars
- Ensure messaging consistency across assets and align materials with current positioning and roadmap priorities
- Manage assigned content objectives and timelines, tracking progress against defined goals and key results
- Partner with Product Management to understand upcoming roadmap releases and associated customer value
- Coordinate cross-functional launch activities, ensuring readiness across sales, channel, and marketing teams
- Conduct ongoing competitive research to support positioning and enablement efforts
- Help maintain and refine buyer personas across priority industries, incorporating insights from sales and customer interactions
- Support the development and execution of partner-focused campaigns, including webinars, email outreach, and targeted prospecting initiatives
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Channel, and sales teams to coordinate campaign execution and follow-up activities
- Build and track campaign assets tied to launches and promotional initiatives
- Monitor and report on program performance, helping assess impact on pipeline and partner engagement
- Manage assigned campaign-related objectives and key results in coordination with leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing, product management, or a related role within UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS or technology
- Experience working inside, consulting with, or developing solutions for healthcare, legal, home services, or auto dealership organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas to internal teams and partners
- Experience supporting product launches or GTM initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
- Comfort working with sales and channel teams, including experience presenting or delivering enablement materials
- Foundational understanding of cloud-based or software solutions
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, accountable work style
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
- Experience in cloud communications, SaaS, UCaaS, or Contact Center solutions is preferred, but curiosity and a willingness to learn are just as important
- Familiarity with partner-led or channel-driven go-to-market models
