Rx Redefined is a fast-growing startup focused on transforming healthcare for patients with chronic conditions. The Growth Marketing Manager will build and optimize a multi-channel B2B marketing engine targeting independent specialty physician practices, partnering closely with Sales to generate qualified pipeline through various marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline within the independent physician market
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that translates product value and customer outcomes into compelling market narratives
- Partner closely with Business Development to align marketing initiatives with territory strategies, pipeline goals, and target account priorities
- Build and manage account-based marketing programs targeting high-value physician practices and healthcare organizations
- Create high-impact sales enablement assets - including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, FAQs, and ROI snapshots - that improve conversion and deal velocity
- Partner with Customer Success to surface performance insights, testimonials, and measurable outcomes, and convert them into customer-facing proof points
- Standardize and optimize marketing-to-sales handoffs (MQL → SQL → Opportunity) to improve funnel efficiency and lead quality
- Own campaign performance, attribution, and reporting; continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and conversion rates using data-driven insights
- Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and enrichment tools to execute, track, and scale demand generation initiatives
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation, with a proven track record of generating qualified pipeline within a defined vertical market
- Demonstrated success building and scaling full-funnel marketing programs that convert targeted accounts into sales opportunities
- Experience executing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, including outbound, paid acquisition, and account-based marketing
- Strong analytical capability with hands-on ownership of funnel metrics, attribution, CAC/CPL, and pipeline reporting
- Proficient with CRM, marketing automation, and campaign execution tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, enrichment platforms)
- Experience partnering closely with sales teams to align marketing strategy with territory plans and revenue goals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Industry experience in HealthTech, Healthcare SaaS, DMEPOS, Revenue Cycle Management, or marketing to independent physician practices strongly preferred
