Invivoscribe is an industry pioneer and global leader in precision oncology diagnostics. They are seeking a Sales Account Manager to conduct strategic and tactical commercial sales activities to grow Invivoscribe’s products and clinical testing services across new and existing customers within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth within the assigned territory through proactive lead generation, outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and account development activities
- Qualify and nurture early and mid-stage opportunities, assessing customer needs, timelines, decision criteria, and commercial viability
- Own the commercial components of the sales process, including introductory customer engagement, value positioning, pricing alignment, contract coordination, and post-sale account expansion
- Partner closely with the designated Technical Account Manager to advance qualified opportunities, supporting a seamless transition into technical, scientific, and clinical discussions as appropriate
- Lead customer meetings focused on commercial strategy, relationship development, and overall account growth, while deferring highly technical discussions to the Technical Account Manager
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to prioritize high-value accounts, monitor competitive activity, and maximize pipeline generation
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with laboratory, clinical, and research stakeholders to support long-term account growth and retention
- Represent Invivoscribe professionally at customer meetings, regional events, and conferences as required
Requirements:
- Experience selling into healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or other complex B2B industries (e.g., industrial, technical, or solutions-based sales)
- 3+ years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience in a performance-driven, relationship-based sales environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly learn new products, services and markets
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and manage a full sales cycle
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience and demonstrated sales performance will be considered in lieu of formal education
