Figma is a company dedicated to making design accessible to all, and they are seeking a Manager, Product Marketing to lead their commercial growth and services efforts. This role involves guiding a team of Product Marketing Managers, shaping go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with various departments to enhance customer value and account growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of PMMs focused on commercial growth and services/service partner marketing
- Build, collaborate around, and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies that support account upgrades, cross-sell motions, and expansion opportunities
- Drive clarity and alignment across sales, demand generation, product, and marketing to ensure cohesive messaging, positioning, and activation strategies
- Build an operationalize a prioritization framework that aligns product launches, demand generation campaigns, and sales motions
- Develop compelling narrative frameworks, enablement assets, and training programs that empower sales to articulate Figma’s value across commercial customer segments
- Own the strategy and marketing execution that supports Figma’s services ecosystem, including partner programs and scaled service enablement
- Serve as a cross-functional leader who fosters collaboration, champions the voice of our customer, and drives strategies across go-to-market motions
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or a related go-to-market role, including experience working with commercial growth
- 3+ years of leading or managing a team, with a track record of driving team-level impact
- Demonstrated ability to partner with demand generation and sales to understand commercial buyer journeys, sales motions, and customer expansion strategies
- Expertise mapping and optimizing commercial buyer journeys and sales-assisted motions, and translating them into GTM plays with measurable impact
- Proven experience building and executing GTM strategies that drive measurable growth and revenue outcomes
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with an ability to distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives
- Track record of being able to manage stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to senior executives. Must have experience driving executive-level conversations
- Experience marketing service offerings and partner-led services
- Background in PLG, especially in fast-growing SaaS companies
- Familiarity with design and product development workflows
