- Communicating with contractors and homeowners.
- Making appointments.
- Following up on work.
- Producing reports and work orders.
- Reviewing insurance reports.
- Computer experience.
- Proficient use Excel.
- Detail oriented.
- Organized.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good email/telephonic customer service communications.
