Pink Callers is a ServiceTitan Certified call center providing remote customer service support for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service companies across the U.S. The Remote Customer Service Representative will answer inbound calls, provide professional customer service, and schedule appointments while representing client brands with consistency and care.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls for home service clients
- Provide professional, friendly customer service
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Applicants must reside in the Mountain Time Zone (MST)
