SageBeans RPO is a company focused on enhancing sales processes, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative. The role involves identifying target accounts, executing outbound campaigns, and collaborating on go-to-market strategies to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research high-potential target accounts across AI, SaaS, data platforms, and enterprise software
- Execute thoughtful outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels to generate qualified meetings
- Establish and scale the systems and processes for our outbound motion
- Collaborate directly with the founders on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Help define the tooling, targeting, and early sales process for a rapidly growing company
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS or data, ideally with a background in people data
- Experience selling people data
- Experience selling to enterprise or up-market clients
