Uniguest is seeking a Product Marketing Director to lead strategic initiatives to position and grow SaaS products in competitive markets. The role involves owning the go-to-market strategy and ensuring effective communication of product value to customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for SaaS offerings
- Manage and mentor product marketing team member to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives
- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for major product launches and feature rollouts
- Partner with product management to influence roadmap decisions based on market insights and customer feedback
- Enable sales and customer success teams with compelling narratives, tools, and training
- Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy
- Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to drive awareness and adoption
- Analyze product performance and campaign effectiveness to refine messaging and strategy
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS
- Proven success in launching and scaling SaaS products
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills
- Experience working closely with sales, product, and executive teams
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and product analytics platforms
