They are seeking a Business Development Representative to identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities, playing a critical role in driving growth through various outreach methods.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Generating leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Lead Qualification: Assessing prospects to ensure they fit the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Pipeline Generation: Booking qualified meetings and demonstrations for Sales Managers or Account Executives
- Market Research: Identifying new market opportunities, industry trends, and key players
- CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions in tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Overcoming Objections: Handling customer concerns regarding price, need, or timing
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a comparable business development or sales-focused role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools
