Zenity is the leader in AI Agent Security, focused on establishing the security framework for AI agents at enterprise scale. The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will define and execute the partner marketing strategy, build and launch campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Define the global partner marketing strategy based on revenue impact and market reach
- Prioritize partner types that align with Zenity’s ecosystem goals and revenue goals
- Design repeatable programs that scale without headcount dependency
- Align messaging and timing across teams to support field activation + launches
- Build and launch campaigns with cloud, technology, integration partners and VARs
- Create co-branded content, webinars, landing pages, and go-to-market materials
- Manage all execution elements including content, design, logistics, and follow-up
- Own results and continuously refine based on data
- Partner with Business Development to align marketing with partner growth goals
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to build differentiated joint value propositions
- Support Sales with programs + materials that accelerate pipeline and close rates
- Maintain visibility with leadership and report on impact
- Own pipeline metrics tied to partner-sourced and influenced revenue
- Report on campaign performance and outcomes for all initiatives
- Use data to secure resources, defend priorities, and optimize future programs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS partner marketing experience
- Experience working with major cloud or platform ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow)
- Proven ability to build, not just maintain partner marketing programs
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable pipeline impact
- Comfort operating in evolving, fast-moving environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
- Experience in high-growth or venture-backed environments
- Exposure to cybersecurity, AI, or security-adjacent markets preferred
