Eden Prescott is a venture-backed startup in hypergrowth, focused on building AI technology for enhancing customer interactions. The Solutions Engineer - Voice AI will guide customer onboarding, work with APIs and databases, and craft the AI experience to align with customer brands.
Responsibilities:
- Treat each customer onboarding like a sprint. In your first two weeks with a client, you’ll guide them from signed contract to a live AI solution
- Listen to customer goals, unpack the complexity, and map out clear, measurable solutions
- Work directly with APIs, databases, and system connectors to create seamless technical foundations
- Help craft the language, flows, and voice of the AI experience to match customer brands
- Keep projects moving, communicate across teams, and align everyone from exec sponsors to engineers
Requirements:
- You're equal parts product thinker and technical problem-solver
- You've worked with customers before and know how to make complex tech feel approachable
- You're comfortable writing scripts, debugging integrations, or experimenting with APIs
- You love taking an idea from zero to one and thrive when things are ambiguous
- Fullstack capabilities (e. g. , Golang, Python, Kubenetes, React, TypeScript)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Voice AI, SIP or Telephony experience
