National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) is seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Manager to serve as the primary growth engine for the NACHC Select Group Purchasing Organization and Corporate Membership. The role focuses on expanding the preferred vendor portfolio by converting prospects into partners through targeted outreach and effective management of the onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
- Review NACHCs existing database, corporate member list, and exhibitor list to identify and qualify highconversation opportunities
- Conduct targeted outreach to current contacts to demonstrate the value added of NACHC Select and Corporate Membership
- Manage the process from initial cold/warm call through to the execution of the standard vendor agreement, the onboarding of the new company, the development of the marketing plan and working with Marketing to ensure that the plan is being executed
- Work in close partnership with the NACHC Select Specialist to prioritize lead lists, refine data entry, and ensure a seamless handoff from research to active solicitation
- Maintain an accurate and 'live' pipeline of activities, providing weekly updates on progress toward the 6company goal
- Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, vendor needs, and competitive intelligence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, focusing on Business, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing highvalue deals
- Works effectively (prioritize, multitask, deliver ontime) with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Selfstarter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Master's preferred
- Experience in technology, healthcare, or GPO organizations preferred
- Experience with iMIS is a plus
