FxPro is a leading international fintech company, seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business growth and build market position. The role involves identifying sales targets, presenting products to clients, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify sales target and leaders of opinion
- Present our products and services to new clients
- Conduct market research on a regular basis
- Identify key markets and provide with input
- Build strategies for specified markets
- Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets
- Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients
- Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts
- Attend major industry events
- Document business development activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
- 2+ years in a similar industry
- Fluency in English and Spanish; any other language will be considered an advantage
- Computer literacy with good command of Google apps
- Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes
- Keep pro-active position in running a business
- Ability to travel when required
