JOEYCO is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive city-level go-to-market strategy while operating remotely and traveling to priority markets. The role involves overseeing agency-managed field teams, building local presence, and executing event and partnership strategies to enhance visibility and trial.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute multi‑market field strategies without market‑specific location dependencies
- Lead agency field teams: training, staffing models, weekly routing, performance
- Identify, negotiate, and execute events and local partnerships; manage full logistics lifecycle
- Drive on‑premise, alternative retail, and neighborhood ecosystem development
- Align closely with Sales/Trade; support retail launches and omnichannel priorities
- Manage budgets, KPIs, ROI dashboards; conduct quarterly business reviews
- Ensure compliance, permitting, and brand standards across all markets
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years in Field/Experiential/On‑Premise Marketing with proven city‑level strategy and events/partnerships execution; hospitality/nightlife or CPG/bev experience is a plus
- Agency/vendor team leadership (hiring, training, QA, scheduling) and comfort owning budgets and dashboards
- Strong prospecting & relationship skills with bar/venue operators, promoters, community orgs, alt‑retailers; adept at converting partnerships into repeat programming. (Partner & local stakeholder management is emphasized in leading FMM templates.)
- Event operations mastery (permitting, contracting, logistics, POS, inventory) with a high bar for on‑site execution
- Data fluency: set KPIs, track ROI, and course‑correct using CRM/marketing automation and event reporting tools
- Willingness to work non‑traditional hours (nights/weekends) and travel across assigned cities
