Fluid-o-Tech Group is a global leader in precision fluidics, focusing on innovative solutions in healthcare and beyond. They are seeking a Business Development Manager for North America to drive sales and build strategic relationships in the Health Technology market.
Responsibilities:
- Map the HealthTech market and identify high-potential segments and opportunities
- Define the true addressable market and support strategic planning for the region
- Translate Fluid-o-Tech’s capabilities into differentiated value propositions working closely with marketing
- Identify, engage, and convert new OEM prospects in Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Analytical and Bioprocessing
- Build and implement account strategies to drive expansion across North America
- Act as a consultative advisor, understanding customer challenges and guiding them to the right solutions
- Collaborating at the Product Roadmap development gathering the info from the market through dedicated interviews
- Facilitate technical discussions between customer engineers and internal specialists
- Represent Fluid-o-Tech at industry events, conferences and customer sites
- Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data within Salesforce
- Collect and share market insights, competitive trends and regulatory developments
- Support AI-enabled planning tools and opportunity management processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 7+ years in B2B Business Development or Technical Sales in OEM environments
- Solid and mandatory experience within the HealthTech ecosystem — Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Analytical or Bioprocessing
- A consultative, relationship-driven approach and the ability to navigate complex technical conversations
- High level of autonomy, organization, and time management, typical of remote roles
- A proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset
