Use modern tools, including AI, to analyze problems and build lightweight solutions such as scripts, automations, or analyses that help teams make better decisions.
Translate analysis into action. The goal is not just to identify problems but to help fix them.

Rising seniors studying engineering, economics, mathematics, computer science, analytics, business, or similar fields.
People who are curious about how businesses actually work and enjoy figuring out messy systems.
Strong problem solvers who are comfortable learning new tools quickly.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to analyze problems, write scripts, automate tasks, or accelerate their work. Coding experience is helpful but not required if you know how to use AI to build what you need.
Most importantly, we want people who take ownership of problems and work hard to solve them.
