Treez Inc. is the leading enterprise commerce platform for cannabis dispensaries, providing solutions like point-of-sale and e-commerce. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to execute outbound strategies and generate qualified opportunities with cannabis dispensary owners across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Own and Execute Outbound Strategy: Design and run your own multi-channel prospecting strategy across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and industry events
- Generate Qualified Opportunities: Consistently book qualified meetings with high-potential accounts and key decision-makers
- Market & Territory Mastery: Research markets, map territories, and identify high-value accounts for targeting
- Iterate and Optimize: Relentlessly experiment with new messaging, cadences, and sequences to increase conversion, and double down on what works best
- Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with Sales Leadership to continuously refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), talk tracks, and territory plans
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of successful experience in an outbound SDR/BDR or similar prospecting role in B2B SaaS or tech
- Comfort with running high-volume, high-quality outreach and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- The ability to think beyond just 'activity' and a passion for building a repeatable, efficient outbound engine
- A strong interest in (or direct experience with) the cannabis industry and enjoyment in speaking with cannabis operators
- A clear desire for career progression into closing sales roles as our team and business scale
