Tower Legal Solutions, an Avalon Company, is expanding its enterprise sales team to integrate managed review and legal staffing expertise into Avalon’s litigation lifecycle services. The Account Executive will drive new business growth by developing relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments while designing strategic solutions across Avalon’s enterprise litigation and discovery services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets
- Identify and pursue opportunities with AmLaw law firms and corporate legal departments
- Build and maintain relationships with key legal, technology, and compliance stakeholders
- Present Avalon’s full suite of litigation lifecycle services with credibility and industry insight
- Design tailored solutions combining eDiscovery, managed review, legal staffing, and litigation support services
- Manage complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
- Partner with internal teams across project management, operations, and legal technology to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in sales training, pipeline reviews, and forecasting meetings
- Represent Avalon at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and activity tracking through the company CRM system
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of sales experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal technology, managed review, or legal staffing services
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles with law firms or corporate legal departments
- Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding $1M+ annual revenue targets
- Strong understanding of litigation lifecycle processes and discovery services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft 365
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
