Harmonic Security is a pioneering company focused on safely adopting AI tools while protecting sensitive data. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance online presence and acquire new customers through various paid and organic channels, while optimizing campaign performance and reducing customer acquisition costs.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end execution of paid campaigns across Google (SEM) and LinkedIn / Reddit / X / Meta (Paid Social)
- Manage campaign set up, daily monitoring, bid management, and budget pacing
- Find ways to use AI tools like Claude or others to manage campaigns and make optimizations
- Develop and execute organic search growth strategy including both traditional SEO tactics as well as new AEO / GEO tactics
- Work with our Head of Brand on developing and testing new ad creative and landing pages
- Conduct keyword research for both paid bidding and organic content gaps
- Optimize conversion rates
- Manage performance reporting and attribution
- Get feedback from the sales team around prospects from your campaigns and optimize accordingly
- Increase pipeline contribution (net new meetings booked) from paid marketing programs and organic search efforts (SEO/AEO)
- Revamp existing paid search and social campaigns for full funnel demand creation and capture, from brand awareness campaigns to retargeting campaigns
- Reduce CAC across LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google
- Increase velocity of testing on each platform including audiences, creatives, and landing pages / CTAs
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience running Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads
- 3-5 years experience running SEO
- Some experience dabbling in AEO/GEO efforts or willingness to go learn and experiment
- Experience and enjoyment using AI tooling for your role
- A strong hunger for growth, experimentation, and learning
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, experimental environment
- B2B experience is a must (cybersecurity or related industries bonus points!)
- Ability to run quantitative data analysis
- You have managed significant paid media budgets across multiple platforms and can show measurable impact on CAC and pipeline
- You are comfortable working in the platforms daily, not just reviewing dashboards
- You have experience with both traditional SEO and emerging tactics like AEO and GEO
- You thrive in environments where you can test, learn, and iterate quickly
- You can translate data into actionable insights and communicate performance clearly to stakeholders
- You have worked in B2B environments, ideally in cybersecurity or adjacent technical categories
