Develop and implement product marketing plans and campaigns based on value propositions and market research for assigned products, including supporting pricing recommendations.
Conduct ongoing research and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with Product Management and Development to support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and promotional activities for U.S. markets.
Track and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and launches using core metrics; provide recommendations for optimization.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, product management, research, development) and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with RQI Partners’ standards and partner organizations’ guidelines.
Support efforts to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and overall perception of RQI Partners’ products.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or product management, preferably with multiple products.
Demonstrated ability to execute innovative product marketing plans, including segmentation by customer type.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience working with market research firms and leveraging internal data for actionable insights.
Familiarity with sales cycles, product life cycles, and product management processes.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) to support product marketing processes.
Healthcare, medical device, or hospital marketing experience strongly preferred.
