Mirador Search Partners is a fast-growing national compliance solutions provider seeking ambitious, results-driven Sales Development Representatives. This role involves prospecting and engaging municipalities to set qualified meetings and achieve performance metrics while collaborating with Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage municipalities across assigned territories (2–4 states, depending on market size)
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other channels to set qualified meetings
- Achieve measurable performance metrics: 60 calls/day and 12+ meetings booked per month (top SDRs book 20+)
- Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on target accounts
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and leverage tools like Gong and ZoomInfo to optimize outreach
- Participate in hands-on coaching and mentorship programs to accelerate career growth into AE or other sales roles
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding call and meeting quotas
- Experience using Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools
- Comfortable working remotely with strong self-motivation and accountability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
