Visiting Media is recognized as the world’s expert on hospitality sales enablement, focusing on delivering high ROI to customers. The GTM Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of go-to-market teams by designing and implementing enablement programs, optimizing tools, and facilitating workshops to ensure sales teams perform at their best.
Responsibilities:
- Own GTM enablement: Design and run onboarding and ongoing enablement programs tailored to our sales environment
- Facilitate workshops that matter: Lead engaging sessions with GTM teams that are practical, relevant and actionable
- Make enablement tech work for sellers: Optimize tools like Salesforce and Outreach so they reduce friction and reinforce good sales behavior - not add administrative burden
- Partner on process and change rollout: Work closely with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to support the rollout of new sales processes, operating rhythms and tooling changes - ensuring they’re understood, adopted and reinforced in day-to-day selling
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales training within SaaS
- Ability to stand in front of senior sellers, earn trust quickly and turn strategy into practical execution
- Care about outcomes, not activity, and know how to use data to show what's working and what's not
- Ability to run initiatives end-to-end, balance priorities and keep momentum without needing constant direction
- Genuine curiosity about AI, including hands-on experience building agents
- Salesforce experience is essential, and expert level proficiency with tools like Outreach and Apollo
