Jackson James is a gold-certified Acumatica partner seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager / Customer Success Manager. In this role, you’ll ensure customers receive exceptional service, support, and strategic guidance throughout their journey while building long-term partnerships and driving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Proactively address client needs, resolve issues, and prevent escalations
- Partner with internal teams to improve service delivery and client outcomes
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client success
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions
- Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their feedback is heard and acted on
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity
Requirements:
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client priorities effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Hands-on experience with Acumatica OR a similar ERP system such as: NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP
- Experience supporting clients in a SaaS or ERP environment
- Familiarity with onboarding, implementation, or post-go-live support
