What You’ll Do:
As a key leader within the banking center, you will support the Banking Center Manager in driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a high level of team engagement. You will play an important role in creating a positive, customer-focused environment while helping develop associates and deliver strong business results. - Support and coach associates to meet and exceed sales goals by providing ongoing feedback, training, and development
- Assist in sales development activities including incentive program support, referral coaching, and product and service education
- Serve as a resource for associates by helping resolve customer concerns with professionalism and sound judgment
- Build a positive and engaging team environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and a strong customer experience
- Ensure adherence to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including security and compliance standards
- Partner closely with the Banking Center Manager to communicate priorities, performance updates, and team needs
- Monitor daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with established processes
- Lead by example by delivering exceptional service and fostering strong customer relationships
- Support operational and administrative functions to ensure the banking center runs smoothly
- Assist with team scheduling, coverage, and day-to-day workflow management as needed
- Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and promotions to effectively support both customers and team members

Qualifications
You’ve Got This:
- Minimum of 2 years of banking, retail sales, or management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a goal-driven environment
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to support and drive team performance against goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in both one-on-one and group settings
- Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on operational accuracy and compliance
- Ability to collaborate effectively with associates and leaders across all levels of the organization
- Professional, results-driven mindset with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and ability to lead group discussions, trainings, and coaching sessions
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to assume additional responsibilities as needed
