They are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to drive growth among strategic customers through targeted Account-Based Marketing strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales leaders to develop and execute targeted ABM strategies for priority IDNs and enterprise-level customers
- Align engagement plans to complex buying committees and executive stakeholders
- Activate tailored campaigns in collaboration with digital and product marketing teams
- Support executive briefings, customer workshops, and national industry events
- Support scalable programs that reinforce our strategic partnership across health systems
- Help articulate and communicate measurable business impact to customer stakeholders
- Capture insights and successes to strengthen enterprise growth strategies
- Serve as a strategic marketing partner and thought partner to sales executives to win despite large, complex deal cycles
- Collaborate closely with product marketing and digital teams to align messaging and activation
- Bring field insights back to the organization to sharpen positioning and competitive readiness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 7+ years of combined experience in commercial marketing and sales within the healthcare industry
- Strong experience with IDNs, GPOs, and the U.S. healthcare ecosystem
- Experience supporting enterprise sales processes and mapping complex buyer journeys
- Working knowledge of Challenger sales and marketing principles
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and executive presence
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations
- Comfortable operating in a field-based role with at least 40% travel
- Master's Degree
- Experience working in a global matrix environment
