dormakaba Americas is a leading global provider in the access solutions market. They are seeking a Business Development Manager responsible for driving sales and profitability in the territory by developing effective sales strategies and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a territory and account plans to develop financial institutions, financial and retail integrators, armored car providers and OEMs
- Drive sales development through weekly in-person and remote client calls
- Attend and support tradeshows to expand end user demand sales funnel
- Collaborate with dormakaba’s sales team to drive towards team financial targets
- Manage opportunities and forecasts in the CRM (Salesforce)
- Maintain current technical product-related knowledge and stay abreast of industry/territory trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Territory travel as required – up to 70%+ (including training and business meetings)
- 10+ years in a sales representative role
- 10+ years of industry experience
