Insivia is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead client conversations and guide marketing and digital strategy. The role requires a blend of creativity and organization to ensure effective execution of projects while incorporating an AI-first approach.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients across ongoing marketing and digital engagements
- Lead client meetings with confidence, bringing ideas, recommendations, and next steps
- Translate client goals into clear priorities, scopes, plans, and action items
- Manage projects across strategy, websites, content, campaigns, design, digital experiences, and related initiatives
- Coordinate internal teams and external contributors to keep work moving effectively
- Keep timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and communication organized
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and gaps before they become problems
- Help clients make smart decisions by balancing strategic opportunity with practical execution
- Use AI to improve research, planning, communication, workflow efficiency, and output quality
- Continuously look for better ways to operate internally and deliver value externally
Requirements:
- Experience in a client-facing agency, consulting, or marketing leadership role
- Strong understanding of marketing, digital strategy, and how different channels and deliverables work together
- Ability to lead conversations with clients in a way that is thoughtful, confident, and credible
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage many moving parts without losing clarity
