CHC Navigation is a global provider of innovative GNSS navigation and positioning solutions. They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive regional business growth, manage key accounts, and develop tailored marketing strategies to enhance sales capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive regional business growth by executing annual business objectives, including sales targets and payment collection for digital construction product line
- Lead key account management and major project implementation within assigned territory
- Conduct market analysis to identify regional opportunities and develop tailored marketing strategies
- Deliver product knowledge transfer and training programs to enhance sales team capabilities
- Analyze customer pain points and develop customized solutions through professional proposal writing
- Oversee project delivery and acceptance processes, ensuring successful project closure and payment
- Lead market planning and launch initiatives for new products to accelerate market penetration
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in US
- Proven experience of features-benefit-solutions selling in a high-tech environment for machine control (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, mapping, geo-information, mapping, GIS)
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing/mechanical engineering
- Minimum 3 years of B to B sales experience in relevant industries (digital construction, building construction)
- Proven track record in managing million-scale projects
- Professional level of English – written and oral
- Results oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear goal of high quality and commercial profit
- Possesses strong negotiation skills and must be an excellent face-to-face communicator
