We are seeking dynamic IT Recruiters to join our team across Plano, TX and Bedminster, NJ. Each location will have a combination of one Junior Recruiter and one Senior Recruiter. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in full-cycle IT recruiting, sourcing top talent, and working closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
