Data Instructional Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Instructional Designer to lead strategy, design, and delivery for a Data Literacy Program, focusing on data and analytics learning initiatives. The role involves developing engaging learning experiences, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving enterprise-wide data literacy adoption. The job is open to candidates within the EST or CST regions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution for a core pillar of the Data Literacy Program
Mentor junior designers and data coaches
Develop and enhance data literacy curricula, modules, and learning resources
Conduct user interviews and apply instructional design best practices
Collaborate with data SMEs to validate content
Deliver virtual and in-person training to clinical, operational, and executive audiences
Evaluate and iterate learning products through pilots and feedback
Support program marketing and enterprise-wide engagement
