Vestis is a leading provider of uniforms and workplace supplies, dedicated to simplifying workdays for businesses. The Key Account Manager (KAM)-Direct Sales will manage key customer accounts, foster long-term relationships, and maximize sales opportunities within these accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Create, build, and maintain positive business relationships with existing and new Vestis customers
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits from existing Regional, Multi-Location, and Single Location Strategic Accounts
- Expected to travel up to 20%
- B2B inside sales experience
- Demonstrate the ability to manage an established book of business at the strategic level
- Continuously look for growth opportunities within the current client portfolio
- Always be aware of acquisitions and divestitures that potentially could impact the revenue stream for the clients in their portfolio
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Possess patience, ability to empathize, and strong listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, with good time management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Demonstrated capability to influence without authority
- Keen ability to challenge the status quo and build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Ability to analyze data
- Able to present to all levels of the client, including C-suite
- Successful completion of Criminal Background and Motor Vehicle Record checks
