10EQS is a global consulting firm that helps clients accelerate decision-making through expert insights, market intelligence, and strategy execution. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing efforts end-to-end, responsible for planning and executing initiatives across channels, coordinating with team members and partners, and continuously improving go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day marketing execution across channels (content, website, campaigns, events, partnerships, email, digital)
- Translate high-level business priorities into concrete marketing initiatives
- Manage multiple initiatives in parallel and drive them to completion
- Help refine and maintain clear, consistent messaging and value propositions
- Ensure messaging is reflected across website, decks, proposals, and content
- Work closely with leadership to understand and articulate customer value
- Execute demand generation initiatives to support pipeline growth
- Support outbound and relationship-driven sales efforts with campaigns and materials
- Coordinate and execute events, sponsorships, and partnerships as needed
- Own creation and coordination of marketing content (case studies, presentations, website updates, email campaigns)
- Work with contractors to produce high-quality assets
- Maintain and improve sales enablement materials
- Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies
- Brief external partners clearly and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Act as the central point of coordination for marketing-related work
- Track performance of marketing initiatives using simple, practical KPIs
- Report on what’s working and what’s not
- Continuously iterate and improve execution based on results
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment
- Experience in coordinating and leading marketing initiatives
- Proven ability to own projects from idea to execution
- Comfortable working with key marketing systems and software
- Strong executor with excellent project management skills
- Clear written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable working across many marketing disciplines
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Pragmatic, resourceful, and comfortable working with constraints
- Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot) and basic marketing analytics
- Exposure to sales enablement or account-based marketing
- Experience coordinating freelancers or agencies
