Lifecycle & Growth Marketing Manager

Lumenalta is a technology solutions company focused on helping organizations accelerate growth. They are seeking a Lifecycle & Growth Marketing Manager to lead audience engagement and demand activation across various marketing channels, overseeing lifecycle campaigns and thought leadership distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage lifecycle marketing programs that guide prospects and clients through key engagement stages
• Develop nurture programs aligned with enterprise buying cycles and maintain engagement between initial marketing interaction and opportunity development
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through marketing programs
• Own the distribution and amplification of Lumenalta’s thought leadership across digital channels
• Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate insights and content with internal experts
• Lead Lumenalta’s webinar and virtual event programs from topic development through promotion, attendance, and post-event nurture
• Manage always-on digital campaigns that expand awareness and drive engagement across paid and owned channels
• Oversee engagement across the corporate website, landing pages, organic social media, newsletters, and email distribution
• Ensure messaging and content reinforce Lumenalta’s brand and expertise
• Analyze campaign performance, test messaging and content formats, optimize engagement, and translate insights into actionable improvements

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or content-led B2B marketing
• Experience in consulting, technology services, SaaS, or professional services environments strongly preferred
• Strong capabilities in campaign strategy and execution
• Strong experience with thought leadership marketing
• Strong experience with webinar and event marketing
• Strong experience with digital and paid media channels
• Excellent written communication and strong editorial judgment
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working across marketing, sales, and delivery teams
• High-level English proficiency (written & verbal)
