Workday Business Analyst (LARGELY REMOTE/NO C2C)

Amerit Consulting is a fast-growing staffing and consulting firm headquartered in Oakland, seeking an accomplished Workday Business Analyst. This role involves partnering with Payroll leadership and cross-functional teams to support payroll operations and testing configuration in the Workday Payroll and Time entry system.

Responsibilities:

• Subject matter expert for end-to-end payroll operations
• Partnering closely with Payroll leadership, P&E Technology, Payroll Business Analyst and cross-functional teams to partner in testing configuration in new Workday Payroll and Time entry system
• Support the payroll team as needed with audit, reporting and other projects as needed

Requirements:

• Payroll Business Analyst – 2 years
• Payroll Specialist/equivalent – 5 Years (current)
• Workday Payroll processing – 2 years
• Ultipro, UKG Workforce Management and Workday Payroll
• UKG transition to Workday configuration and testing
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
• Proficient in Excel and Business Intelligent Reporting
