The Senior Product Marketing Manager will translate product value into clear positioning and messaging, improve conversion and expansion, and lead product launches while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own positioning & messaging: define the “why us,” sharpen differentiation, and keep the story consistent across web, product, docs, campaigns, and field assets
- Be the voice of the customer: deeply understand segments and buyer journeys; use interviews, win/loss, and field insights to identify what drives conversion; build usable personas and value frameworks
- Product Launch: lead launches and align Product, Growth, Sales, CS, Marketing, RevOps, and Partners through crisp cadences and clear success metrics
- Enable: Deliver high-impact internal and external assets (decks, demos, briefs, ROI stories, battlecards, FAQs)
- Operate with data + AI: define and track funnel KPIs, use analytics + qualitative signal to prioritize, and use AI daily to accelerate research, synthesis, and message testing
Requirements:
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, owning positioning and launches for a product area
- Strong customer insight skills across interviews, win/loss, and field input
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and deliver GTM plans on time
- Excellent storyteller who creates clear messaging for technical and executive audiences
- Demonstrated funnel impact in a defined area (activation, conversion, retention, or expansion)
- Comfortable using analytics to prioritize and measure GTM effectiveness
- Self-starter who ships high-quality assets and programs in fast-moving environments
- Hands-on with AI tools to speed research, synthesis, and content development
- Experience marketing technical products (APIs, workflows, data, security, dev tools, IT systems) to both practitioners and execs
- Familiarity with enterprise buying motions, longer sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder procurement
- Experience building GTM foundations in earlier-stage or high-growth environments
