Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with a strong background in DB2 Mainframe systems and working knowledge of AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will lead Agile delivery teams, drive project execution, and bridge the gap between legacy mainframe systems and modern cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Act as a Scrum Master to ensure Agile best practices are followed across teams

Manage end-to-end project delivery, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication

Coordinate between mainframe (DB2) teams and cloud (AWS) teams

Track and report project progress, metrics, and deliverables

Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution

Drive continuous improvement and team productivity

Support modernization initiatives involving mainframe to AWS migration

Ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements

Required Skills:

Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in Agile environments

Hands-on experience with DB2 Mainframe systems

Working knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services)

Experience managing cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, QA)

Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in mainframe modernization or cloud migration projects

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.)

PMP or equivalent project management certification

Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
